Innovation track record TenCate

TenCate’s history covers more than 300 years of textile technologies and a rich innovation track record. After its delisting from the Amsterdam Stock Exchange in 2016, TenCate, jointly with all TenCate companies, took a new approach towards sustainable innovation. Resulting in a strong portfolio of sustainable and circular synthetic turf solutions.

2018

R&D Director Colin Young joins TenCate. Marking the start of TenCate’s sustainable innovation strategy.

Hellas introduces a 100% recyclable infill material (Ecotherm).

Acceleration towards denser, non-infill & organic infill systems.

Hellas introduces a range of natural infills composed of olive pit and cork granules (Elia Renufill), and a 100% recyclable nailer board used to secure synthetic turf in place during installation (Eco Nailer).
