TenCate acquires majority stake in Unanime Sport

Nijverdal, the Netherlands / Aigremont, France – 15 February 2024 – TenCate Grass Holding B.V. (“TenCate”) today announced the completion of the definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in Unanime Sport (“Unanime”), the leading provider of synthetic turf and other sports surfaces in France that includes the subsidiaries and brands Eurofield, Art Dan, Fieldservices and SPTM.

The founders of Unanime, Susanne and Gilles Thillaye, will continue to be shareholders and will also continue to lead the company.
