We are pleased to share our 2023 Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Report, highlighting our commitment to sustainable and responsible business practices. This report reflects our dedication to creating long-term value for our stakeholders while fostering a positive impact on society and the environment. 

Milestone moments came thick and fast in 2023. For the first time, we saw our next-generation turf systems rolled out in the real world as Soccer, American Football, and Hockey fields, laying the groundwork for major product launches in 2024 and beyond. These new designs, which have circularity built into their very fabric, epitomize TenCate’s approach to sustainability and how we have embedded ESG in our business strategy.

The tagline of this report is “Play On, Today & Tomorrow,” which captures the importance of what we do. Our synthetic turf products facilitate sport, play, and leisure, benefiting everyone from professional athletes to children kicking a ball around.
