Elevate the local industry by sharing knowledge

To continuously improve the sustainability of synthetic turf systems, while also enhancing its durability and playability, sharing knowledge and experiences is crucial. This should happen on global, national and local level.

Last month, a local example was organized, namely the hybrid workshop “Sports field construction of the future” at the famous Uwe-Seeler FFußball Park in Malente, Germany. The focus was on sustainable, circular and eco-friendly synthetic turf systems.

Joachim Weitzel and Colin Young together shared the latest developments of Weitzel Sportstättenbau and TenCate Grass. Also, Torge Hauschild presented the actions the City of Hamburg will take to elevate the sustainability and innovativeness of their sports fields.
